the areas vital to the success of your business : information technology,

them at work long before you need new staff
- advertising and promotion of your products or services in Hong Kong
and throughout affiliated networks in Australia, Europe, Canada, the
US and Asia; also occuring at the local level by the participants in
their life outside the Virtual Enterprise, at annual trade fairs in
Hong Kong and overseas if your Virtual Enterprise is participarting
- access to market research undertaken by the members of the Virtual
Enterprise; research that takes place in Hong Kong or globally in order
to assess the potential of new markets or a new product/service
- access to other Mentor Organisations who may represent new clients
or new networks for your product or service
- tests of new systems or procedures in a simulated environment before
transferring them to your workplace
- a subscription to HKNVE's newsletter "in-Business"; information
about training courses or programs run by the institution/organisation
hosting the Virtual Enterprise
- publicity to the community and the Government about your support for
education and training.
A Virtual Enterprise could be a vital part of your HR program. It can
be used to up-skill people moving into new sections of the business, in
adapting to new computing packages, systems or procedures, or in changing
the culture of the organisation
