On Friday, 1 March, 2002, the Kick-off Ceremony for the 2002 KEYS and Summer VE was held at the Assembly Hall of IVE-Morrison Hill, in concurrence with the latter's Open Day. Mrs. Mitzi Leung, Principal of IVE-Morrison Hill made a welcoming note. We were most delighted to have the presence of Ms Shelley Lee, JP, Director for Home Affairs, who delivered the key note speech and Mr. Arthur Shek, Associate Publihser & Head of Research Dept of HK Economic Times, who spoke on the 2002 KEYS and Summer VE Training. Also present at the kick-off ceremony were Guests of Honour: Mrs. Peggy Lam, SBS, JP, Chairman, Wanchai District Council, Miss Pauline Wong, JP, District Officer, Wan Chai District Office, Sr. Annie Margaret Wong, Chairman, Wan Chai District Headmasters' Conference, Mr. Alexander Mak, Chairman of the Steering Committee, HKNVe, and Mrs. Carrie Willis, JP, Acting Executive Director for Vocational Training Council. The event was well attended by invited guests, students and teaching faculty of IVE Morrison Hill
At the end of the ceremony, honoured guests were invited to tour the premises
and to visit the trading booths set up by the Virtual Enterprises established
within the IVE Morrison Hill. The following is a photo taken at the occasion
