On 2 July 2002, we welcomed Leif Johansen, leader of the Danish Central Office for Practice Firms in Denmark, for a visit to the HKNVE. A briefing session was conducted by Irene Ho and Irene Lau on the development of virtual enterprise education in Hong Kong. Chris Sung showed our system of e-Banking and on-line trading and Leif was very impressed. Leif also shared his experiences with practice firms in Denmark with us. He was quite amazed on the scale and magnitude of the VE activities and development in Hong Kong within such a short time.

Leif has started some VE development work in Wenzhou and Wuxi. We jointly visited Shenzhen Polytechnic, where we exchanged ideas with Mr. H. J. Ying and Ms. Lisa Zhou.
