A visit was made to TWGHs Kwok Yat Wai College by the HKNVE on 30 Oct 2002 (Wed). It was in the middle of a meeting of the Magic Toys VE when the representatives of HKNVE stepped into the Business Fundamentals Room. The meeting resumed after greeting by the facilitators and the staff of the Magic Toys VE. Discussion covered issues on the business nature and scope of services of the VE, handover and coming activities etc., reflecting part of the daily operation of a VE.

After the meeting, Magic Toys VE welcomed the guests by a presentation, which gave an idea of the activities they took part in during the previous academic year. The presentation was followed by a sharing session hosted by Mr. Lam Po Shun and Mr. Hung Yuk Yeung, facilitators of the Magic Toys VE. They shared their experience in setting up the Magic Toys VE with Mrs. Elaine Wong, Senior Lecturer of Department of BSM of IVE (Morrison Hill), Ms. Vivien Kam from HKNVE, Ms. Suzanna Wong and Ms. Loretta Hung from TWGHs Yow Kam Yuen College. Mr. Lam and Mr. Hung further explained the practices of their VE and their stationery tuck shop, at where fellow students can buy stationery (with real money). Finally, visits were made to the VE Office, which located in the Business Fundamentals Room and the stationery tuck shop, which located in the covered playground.

二零零二年十月三十日(星期三)，香港實習企業網絡到東華三院郭一葦中學探訪Magic Toys VE。到達之時，Magic Toys VE 正在舉行會議；導師與職員熱烈歡迎各來賓後，隨即繼續會議。職員先後討論了多個議題，包括公司的業務性質、服務範圍、交接事宜及來年活動等，充分反映了實習企業的部分日常運作。

會議結束後Magic Toys VE準備了一個簡報，向來賓講解他們過去一年曾參與的活動。接著，Magic Toys VE的導師林保信老師和洪旭陽老師主持分享環節，分享他們成立Magic Toys VE的經驗。參與分享環節的包括香港專業教育學院(摩理臣山分校)工商服務及管理學系高級講師鄭綺玲女士、香港實習企業網絡代表甘詠恩小姐、東華三院邱金元中學黃老師及洪老師。接著，林保信老師和洪旭陽老師繼續講解他們的實習企業的運作模式，及介紹為學生提供售賣文具服務(以真錢交易)的文具小賣部。最後，大家參觀了設於基本商業科室的實習企業辨公室及有蓋操場的文具小賣部。
