HKNVE is glad to welcome a new school member - HKSKH Bishop Secondary School. Students of HKSKH Bishop Secondary School had their first taste of setting up a virtual enterprise through participation in the Summer Virtual Enterprise Training Programme 2002. Seeing the satisfactory learning outcome in the programme, Mr. Mak Ting and Mr. Yung Kin Fai, teachers of HKSKH Bishop Secondary School, realize the benefits of the VE learning model and decide to implement the VE concept in their teaching.
On 18 Nov 2002 (Mon), HKNVE held a short meeting with Mr. Mak and Mr. Yung to discuss details of VE implementation. Mrs. Irene Lau, Manager of HKNVE Central Office, pointed out the benefits of business mentorship and gave information on how to contact a business mentor. Mrs. Elaine Wong, Senior Lecturer of Department of Business Services and Management of IVE (Morrison Hill), shared her experience as a facilitator in IVE. She also gave examples of how VE is implemented in secondary schools and IVEs. Different approaches to set up a VE were discussed. Finally, Ms. Helen Wong, Project Consultant of HKNVE, briefly introduced the web-based Integrated Accounting Information System, which is being developed for secondary schools. The system will support the basic accounting functions: General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

香港實習企業網絡歡迎香港聖公會何明華會督中學加入成為新成員。香港聖公會何明華會督中學是暑期實習企業計劃2002 的參賽隊伍之一，在剛過去的暑期初嘗設立實習企業的滋味。該校的麥挺老師和容建輝老師看見暑期實習企業計劃的滿意學習成果，深深體會到實習企業學習模式的好處，於是決定在日常教學中引入實習企業的概念。
二零零二年十一月十八日(星期一) ，香港實習企業網絡代表與麥老師和容老師會面，洽談有關在教學中使用實習企業概念的細節。香港實習企業網絡中央辦事處經理劉容潔蓮女士指出商業夥伴的好處及如何尋找商業夥伴。香港專業教育學院(摩理臣山分校)工商服務及管理學系高級講師鄭綺玲女士則分享作為實習企業導師的經驗。此外，鄭女士亦舉例說明如何在中學設立實習企業及講解不同的方法。最後，由香港實習企業網絡顧問黃舜敏女士簡介一套為中學設計的網上綜合會計資訊系統，系統支援的基本會計功能包括：總賬、應付賬款及應收賬款。
