Dear Employees of Virtual Enterprise,

Trading Week 2003 is now into its second week, and will end on this Friday, 28 February.

As of today we have received more than 300 trading transactions. The HKNVE looks forward to receiving many more transactions from you.

I trust that after warming up for one week, you are now ready to go for some really active trading. Remember the Awards cover both the most active trading with local VEs (i.e. members of HKNVE), and also the most active trading with the Practice Firms of the Australian Network of Practice Firms. There is also an award for the Most Active Employee. Last but not the least, don’t forget the Lucky Draw.

Hong Kong Network of Virtual Enterprises Trading Week 2003

We are pleased to inform you that Hong Kong Network of Virtual Enterprises Trading Week 2003 will be held on 17-28 February, 2003 and we are writing to encourage you to participate in this meaningful event.

Organized by the Hong Kong Network of Virtual Enterprises, the Trading Week aims at promoting trading activities among virtual enterprises, both locally and internationally. Trading is essential to Virtual Enterprises and you may like to grasp this opportunity to equip yourselves with the competence for working in the near-real business environment. Trading can be conducted in two levels, with VEs as business/industrial customers and with employees as individual (consumer) customers. Different awards have been designed to encourage you to conduct trading with both VEs and individuals.

Objective目的：
To promote trading activities among Virtual Enterprises, both locally and internationally.
鼓勵實習企業更多與本地及外地實習企業進行貿易。

Enrollment Method參加辦法：
All Virtual Enterprises and their employees that have registered with HKNVE will be automatically enrolled in the Trading Week Activity. Awards will be given out to active participants. Awards are divided into two categories: VE awards and individual awards, in order to encourage all individual employees of the VEs to take part in this activity.
凡已登記成為香港實習企業網絡的實習企業及其員工，已自動成為是次活動的參加者，無需另外申請。獎項分為實習企業獎項及個人獎項，務求讓每一位實習企業員工均可參與是次活動．

Eligibility for entry比賽規則：
All transactions should be settled via the e-banking system on HKNVE’s website (http://ebank.hknve.org).
所有虛擬金錢交易必須在香港實習企業網絡的網上銀行 (http://ebank.hknve.org) 進行。

1. Most Active Virtual Enterprise (Local Trading)最活躍企業貿易大獎(本地貿易)：
i. Objective目的：
l To promote trading among local VEs
鼓勵本地實習企業之間的貿易。
ii. Judging Criteria評審標準：
l Judging will be based on the following 3 criteria
用以下三個計分方法，選出最高分的一組：
1. number of different local VEs traded; and
與不同的本地實習企業貿易總數，及
2. number of different individuals traded; and
與不同的員工貿易總數，及
3. total number of transactions traded, both VEs and employees
與本地實習企業或員工的交易次數。
iii. Prizes獎品：
l The following prizes will be awarded to the winning VE
得獎實習企業可獲以下獎品：

2. total number of transactions with both local and international VEs

l The following prizes will be awarded to the winner

2. Lucky Draw幸運大抽獎：

l To promote trading activities between VEs and individual employees

l To draw three lucky winners among all individual participants
在眾多以個人名義參與貿易的實習企業員工中，抽出三位幸運兒。
iii. Prize獎品：
l A HK$100 book voucher for each of the three lucky winners
每位均可獲得港幣$100書券乙張

Announcement of Results比賽結果：
Results will be announced through the HKNVE website (http://www.hknve.org) on 10 March 2003. All winners and winning VEs will be notified in person.
比賽結果將於 2003年3月10日，在香港實習企業網絡的網頁 (http://www.hknve.org) 內公佈。所有得獎者將會獲得專人通知領獎。

1. Participants agree to comply with the rules of the competition which may be amended if necessary. 所有參加者必須同意比賽規則，如有需要，比賽規則將作適當更改。
2. Interpretation of the rules rests with HKNVE.
