The Leadership Training Programme for IVE student facilitators of Summer Virtual Enterprise Training Programme 2003 was held at IVE (Tuen Mun) on 24-26 June 2003. This year, the training was conducted by the Student Affairs Office of IVE (Tuen Mun) and there were more than 300 students from IVE (Tsing Yi Nexus) and IVE (Sha Tin Nexus) participated.
During these three days, students learnt about leadership skills, fundamental business skills and employability skills, which prepared them to take up the role of student facilitators. After the training, these students will be assigned to the participating secondary school teams to provide them peer mentoring and assist them on the completion of the Summer Virtual Enterprise Training Programme.
