Further to the two sessions of the Seminar on Virtual Enterprise Project 2003-04 held at our Tsing Yi and Sha Tin campuses in July, HKNVE held another two sessions at the Morrison Hill campus on 23 September and 4 November respectively.
Over 20 teachers and students from 17 secondary schools attended the two introductory sessions. They were introduced to the Virtual Enterprise learning model in 2 perspectives ¡V IVE and secondary schools. Mrs. Elaine Wong from the Department of Business Services and Management elaborated the concept using real and vivid examples. Besides, Ms Helen Wong from the HKNVE explained the role of the Central Office and its service package.
Mrs. Irene Ho and Ms Yvonne Lee from the HKNVE also introduced the first international VE event to be held in Hong Kong ¡V 2004 Hong Kong International Trade Fair and Conference for VEs. Participants were very impressed by the diversity of VE activities and showed great interest in joining the Network. Lastly, they had a tour to the Virtual Enterprise Office, where various VE work by IVE students were displayed.
