Mrs. Mitzi Leung, Principal of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Morrison Hill) and Mr. Stephen Ip, Senior Lecturer of Department of Business Services and Management of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Morrison Hill) jointly presented a paper titled ¡§Logistics training at the edge of reality ¡V a cast study¡¨ at the Greater China Logistics Forum 2003 held on 8 December 2003 at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.
The speakers elaborated the application of the "Virtual Enterprise" concept to assist students to develop their understanding and knowledge about the logistics industry. The case of ExSpeed Logistics Virtual Enterprise was presented to the audience of the forum to enable to have a better understanding of the virtual enterprise concept. The presentation arouse interests to the audience and many questions were raised by academicians, industry practitioners from the floor.
